About Houston Area Machine Knitters
Welcome Machine Knitters in Houston
Whether you have years (or decades) of experience or are just trying to decide if you want to embark on this adventure, all are welcome. Our members have so much information to share and are always pleased to learn something new. Membership is $10 a year and includes all meetings and workshops. Come check us out first before deciding!
Our meetings discuss old and new business and then move on to a demo. The demo can be anything from finishing edges to fancy lace stitches. After the demo, we break for refreshments, there is always something tasty to try! The rest of the time is used for show and tell. With such a wide range of skills and machines used, this is always very enlightening and inspiring.
After the meeting we send out meeting minutes to keep members informed.
